Taking good care of the oral cavity ensures not only the health of your teeth, but of your entire body.

Dental caries and periodontitis constitute infection risk for the entire body. Bacteria are transported by blood to distant parts of the body, causing inflammation, e.g. in the lungs, joints, optic nerve, kidneys or endocardium. Pregnant women should see a dentist at least every 3 months, because problems with teeth or gums can pose a threat to the foetus. Periodontitis, to which expectant mothers are especially prone to, may increase the risk for preterm birth and low birth-weight of the new-borns.

Having your health in mind, we would like to invite you to our Dental Centre, where we will do our very best to help you smile broadly again.
